Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

We try to answer the most common questions. If you do not find an answer you’re looking for let us know.

What is a Fit and Sober Class

It is a free class offered the Sunday following the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month. Starts with a fitness class scaled to any fitness level followed by an All Recovery Meeting.

Is this a 12 step program?

We are not affiliated with any 12 step program. You are sure to hear them referenced as many have gone that path.

What if I am out of shape?

There is no prerequisite fitness level required. The more out of shape you are the more you probably need this. Our trainers will modify and scale you safely.

Is there a cost to attend?

There is no cost to attend a sanctioned Fit and Sober Class.

Can I just show up?

We prefer you sign up so we are prepared.

Will my anonymity be protected?

Yes it will, what is shared here stays here. We do though sometimes take pictures. If your wish is to not be in them that will be honored without question.

Does attendance of the Fit and Sober Class count towards Drug Court, IDRC or probation requirements?

Yes it does. The fitness portion is optional to participate in but the All Recovery Meeting is mandatory. We will gladly validate your paperwork at the end.
